Responsibilities & Context:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally
To recieve order from customer & support production as per customer requirements.
To ensure on time delivery & ensure payment accordingly.
Maintain accurate customer records and service reports
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Maintain service quality as per company standards
