Responsibilities & Context:
1. Handle all import related documentation in compliance with Bangladesh import policy order and Bangladesh Bank regulations
2. Knowledge on Customs & VAT Acts and different type of updated SROs
3. Experience on banking activities for L/C, TT opening, payments and its related deferent type of activities.
4. Prepare and verifying & maintaining all import documentation, insurance and bill of entries.
5. Ensure accurate HS Code, Classification and proper calculation of customs duty, VAT & other applicable Taxes.
6. Make liaison with C&F agent to ensure smooth customs clearance and timely delivery of imported goods.
7. Prepare and submit VAT returns, and maintain statutory VAT register. 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 9.1, 4.3. etc.
8. Manage & renew different type of license like, IRC, ERC, BERC, Department of Textile, different statutory license as required
9. Requires experience on ERP Software
10. Co-ordinate with factory stores, maintenance department and administration department
11. All necessary data forward to audit and accounts department for rich information.
12. Need to handle any other work assigned by Management.
