Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain optimum stock levels of pulp, chemicals, packaging materials, engineering spares & consumables.
Ensure accurate stock recording in the ERP/software system.
Supervise the receiving of materials as per the PO and the delivery challan.
Coordinate with QA/QC for material inspection and approval.
Ensure proper documentation and GRN preparation.
Ensure proper stacking, labeling and preservation of materials.
Ensure timely issuance of materials to production and maintenance departments.
Avoid production stoppage due to stock shortages.
Implement 5S and warehouse safety standards.
Supervise store officers, supervisors, and store assistants.
