Responsibilities & Context:

The incumbent will oversee end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations of the organization. The role involves strategic planning, demand forecasting, vendor management, inventory control, and cost optimization while ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and ethical practices.

The incumbent will play a critical role in developing sourcing strategies, strengthening supplier networks, improving operational efficiency, and driving continuous process improvements aligned with organizational goals. This position requires strong analytical ability, leadership competence, and in-depth knowledge of supply chain best practices to enhance productivity, minimize costs, and support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, forecast, and manage procurement of raw materials to ensure uninterrupted production

• Design and implement end-to-end value chain processes, maintaining required quality standards with minimal rejection

• Optimize warehouse operations and ensure smooth inbound and outbound material flow to maximize operational efficiency

• Analyze market trends to assess current and future material availability and develop effective sourcing strategies

• Identify reliable and alternative sourcing channels and maintain strong supplier relationships

• Ensure transparency in procurement processes and maintain proper documentation in compliance with ERP systems, policies, procedures, and ethical standards

• Ensure efficient utilization of resources, control operating costs, reduce waste, and manage overheads

• Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics with detailed monthly breakdowns to improve operational effectiveness
