One Pharma Ltd. embarked on its pioneering journey in November 2015 with a focus on incorporating cutting-edge manufacturing technology and producing globally acclaimed pharmaceutical products for the patients of Bangladesh and beyond. One Pharma Limited is looking for an experienced, reliable, honest & dedicated candidate for the position of Executive, Warehouse Department for its factory (BSCIC, Bogura).
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and execute the receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods in compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Ensure implementation of FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices for all materials.
Supervise and maintain proper documentation of warehouse activities (e.g., GRN, Issue Vouchers, Bin Cards, ERP records, stock registers) as per GMP/GWP guidelines.
Ensure temperature & humidity monitoring of warehouse areas and maintain records within approved limits.
Oversee the dispensing of raw and packaging materials for production as per batch requirements, ensuring prevention of cross-contamination.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) for line clearance, sampling, and release of materials.
Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and handling of weighing balances and other warehouse equipment.
Conduct stock reconciliation (physical vs. ERP/system records) at defined intervals and investigate discrepancies.
Ensure warehouse areas are maintained in a state of GMP compliance, cleanliness, and pest control.
Train, supervise, and guide subordinates on SOP adherence, safety practices, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in internal and external audits (regulatory, QA, ISO, etc.) and ensure timely CAPA implementation.
Coordinate with the Commercial/Procurement Department for material requirements and availability.
Generate and submit periodic (monthly, quarterly, annual) reports to management.
Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and enforce use of PPE and safety protocols.
Prevent the use of expired, quarantined, or damaged materials and ensure their segregation and disposal as per SOP.
