Experience:

• B.SC in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from reputed University.

• Minimum 3–5 years practical experience in maintenance of pharmaceutical process machinery and utility system.

  Required Skills:·     

• Pharma Maintenance: Proven expertise in PM & BM of pharmaceutical machinery and utility systems.

• Electromechanical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Motors, VFDs, Sensors, and PLC-based control panels.

• HVAC Management: Skilled in controlling Cleanroom parameters (Temp, RH, and Pressure) and HVAC automation.

• Troubleshooting: Ability to independently resolve complex mechanical/electrical issues with minimum downtime.

• GMP Compliance: Strong grip on WHO-GMP standards and meticulous documentation (SOP, Logbooks, Validation).

• Technical Literacy: Proficient in reading P&IDs, Electrical Schematics, and Technical Drawings.

• Operational Leadership: Ability to coordinate with Production/QA/QC and manage tasks under high pressure.

• Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and basic engineering software.

One Pharma Limited is looking for some experienced, reliable, honest & dedicated candidate for the position of Executive, Engineering department for its factory (BSCIC, Bogura).

Job Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Operational Excellence

• PM & BM: Lead Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance for process machinery and utilities to ensure zero downtime.

• Troubleshooting: Resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues independently using RCA.

• Reliability: Proactively monitor equipment to ensure continuous and reliable production.

HVAC & Cleanroom Management

• System Control: Manage HVAC (AHU, Chillers, Cooling Towers) for precise Temp, RH, and Pressure differentials.

• Compliance: Ensure cleanroom conditions strictly meet cGMP and regulatory standards for all areas.

Projects, Validation & Compliance

• Execution: Oversee installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery and utility projects.

• Validation: Lead IQ/OQ/PQ activities and coordinate with the Validation team for seamless documentation.

• Audit Readiness: Maintain 100% GMP-compliant records (SOPs, Logbooks, and Maintenance logs).

Leadership & Coordination

• Collaboration: Liaison with Production, QA, and QC to ensure total equipment readiness.

• Mentorship: Supervise and train technicians on machinery operations and safety protocols.

• Support: Handle special engineering projects and tasks as assigned by management.
