Responsibilities & Context:
Develop accurate 2D layout plans (AutoCAD) based on client requirements and site conditions.
Coordinate and supervise 3D design development (SketchUp / 3ds Max / Lumion).
Modify and refine designs based on client feedback.
Assist in client meetings with design presentations and explanations.
Work closely with the execution team to ensure design-to-site accuracy.
Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and project files.
Support project timelines by ensuring timely delivery of design outputs.
