Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture/ B.Sc. in Civil.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proficiently create detailed measurements, working drawings, and interior designs, including layout plans, sections, elevations, with meticulous attention to detail, adhering to project requirements. Maintain meticulous records of the project's progress, ensuring comprehensive documentation for future reference.
∎ Skillfully prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Specifications in accordance with the design and drawings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
∎ Generate Material Quantity (MOQ) assessments based on design specifications, guaranteeing precise material procurement and allocation.
∎ Provide adept assistance and seamless coordination with Clients, Project Supervisors, Engineers, and relevant stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
∎ Establish and maintain regular correspondence with Vendors, ensuring a streamlined procurement process and timely delivery of materials.
∎ Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Aesthetics and Design principles, incorporating them effectively into project planning and execution.
∎ Possess an extensive knowledge of Interior Materials, ensuring optimal selection and utilization for each project.
∎ Conduct diligent follow-ups on project execution, monitoring progress and addressing any potential issues promptly.
∎ Remain flexible to undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Interior Design area.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design.
Salary: Negotiable
