Responsibilities & Context:
Top Priority will be given to candidates from Public University, BUET, KUET, RUET, CUET etc.
1) Understand customers needs and generate presentation in order to create needs, site visit etc.
2) Design & 3D Mapping
3) Costing & Budgeting
4) Expertise in 3ds max / sketchup (3d), photoshop etc.
5) Correlation between production team & architect team
6) lead the architect team
7) Deal closing.
