Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
    • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
    • Master of Business Management (MBM)
    • Masters of Professional Human Resource Management (MPHRM)
  • Bachelor’s degree required (MBA in HR or relevant discipline preferred).
  • PGDHRM (Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management)
  • CIPD, SHRM-CP/SCP, or HRCI-PHR/SPHR (internationally recognized HR certifications)
  • Training or certification in Change Management, Leadership Development, or HR Analytics - especially useful for building a modern, data-driven HR system.

Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, or furniture sectors will be an advantage.

We are looking for a visionary Head of Human Resources to lead this transformation. Someone who can design and implement a complete HR system, nurture our culture, and position DTC as an employer of choice in the industry.

Role Overview:

This is a strategic leadership position for someone ready to build the HR department from the ground up. You’ll partner directly with top management to shape our people strategy, develop systems and policies, and create a high-performance, people-first culture that supports business excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the full HR framework — policies, structure, and processes.
  • Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
  • Introduce modern HR tools and systems for efficiency and transparency.
  • Build a strong company culture that aligns with our vision and values.
  • Advise management on organizational design, succession planning, and workforce strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain a healthy, productive workplace.
  • Drive change management and employee engagement initiatives across departments.
