• Age 30 to 50 years

Experience in Real Estate works with minimum 1 or 2 Basement of High-rise Building. Experience in project finishing works. Must have strong Communication & Management Skill. Strong problem-solving skills and Provide support to other team members. Good knowledge in construction drawing & design.

Preparation of the project schedule and Plan.

Ensuring work program & achievement report and monitoring of daily progress of works

Review the project plans and specifications and comment on the building design, schedule, possible cost saving measures and potential construction problems.

Preparation of project budget.

Prepare the general conditions budget.

Assembling the job of project office and equipment requirements.

Ability to communicate properly with design team/client.

Maintain the project construction schedule as per plan and report to management.

Prepare & issue minutes of all site meetings. Inform the Consultant/Client of ant errors, discrepancies or omissions contained within the Consultant`s design drawings.

Ensure completion of and track all independent testing and inspections as required.

Monitor site safely and ensure that the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are enforced.

Issue monthly progress draws and invoicing to consultant and client including final hold backs.

Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.

Prepare monthly cost forecasting summaries.

Maintain security and operation of the project site in conjunction with the staff.

Ensure that "As-Built" drawings are prepared on an ongoing basis by all trades during the construction period and issue final close...outs to consultant/owner accordingly

Prepare and expedite project deficiency lists.

Ensure all required municipal/authority inspections are performed.
