• Must have practical experience in furniture, interior, louver, glass, civil construction, steel structure, planning, monitoring and project management.
• Must have a clear understanding of interior design, civil design, steel detailing and project requirements based on drawings.
• Must have previous experience in project planning, work scheduling, manpower management and equipment requirement planning for large-scale projects.
• Should have excellent skills in quick estimation, BOQ preparation, AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and MS Project.
• Must be computer literate and capable of preparing analytical reports, project progress reports and project statements independently.
• Must have experience working across a complex project delivery cycle.
• Must be able to formulate project strategy, policy and execution plan.
• Must have strong communication, leadership, problem-solving and team coordination skills.
• Must be able to coordinate with client, factory, business team, design team, site team, technicians and workers.
• Must be able to work under pressure and ensure project completion within the required timeline.
• Prepare project time schedules for awarded projects in coordination with the Business Team and Factory to ensure timely project completion.
• Prepare and coordinate project drawing/design-related work as per project requirements.
• Pursue new projects and maintain close communication with clients.
• Monitor and maintain work quality as per approved design specifications, drawings and project standards.
• Prepare work estimation, material estimation, BOQ, project budget and price offer.
• Check material quality and quantity as per project requirements.
• Supervise technicians, workers, contractors and project execution teams.
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues and take necessary action to keep workflow on track.
• Coordinate with factory, site team, business team, design team, clients and management.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all relevant participants.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, reports and records.
• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements when necessary.
• Evaluate potential problems, technical issues and project risks, and develop practical solutions.
• Manage project-related paperwork and ensure all necessary documents are updated, properly filed and stored.
• Prepare and review project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, emails and other project correspondence.
• Ensure proper manpower management, equipment planning, site coordination and project handover.
