We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing & Online Sales Executive who can bridge the gap between brand building and business operations. The ideal candidate will not only create compelling content but also drive sales, manage orders, and ensure seamless coordination between the showroom and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to build brand authority.
Design and manage a monthly content calendar for Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and TikTok.
Write SEO-friendly website content, blogs, articles, and engaging video scripts/captions.
Sales Targets: Actively work towards achieving monthly sales goals through digital leads.
Lead Conversion: Respond to inquiries professionally and convert potential leads into confirmed orders.
Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring all customer details are accurately recorded.
Showroom Coordination: Maintain constant communication with showroom staff to stay updated on product displays and availability.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and align marketing campaigns with available inventory.
Delivery Follow-up: Coordinate with the delivery and logistics team to ensure timely product shipment and resolve any transit issues.
Track KPIs and submit detailed weekly/monthly reports on marketing performance and sales conversions.
Collaborate with the Sales & Consultancy teams to align promotional offers with market demand.
