Position Overview

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for owning district-level sales operations and secondary market performance. The role ensures disciplined field execution, strong dealer capability, and effective market coverage to deliver sustainable volume growth and execution excellence within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective end-to-end field operations monitoring to deliver consistent secondary sales growth

  • Drive distribution strength and dealer capability development

  • Oversee sales execution quality and market coverage effectiveness

  • Deliver sales target achievement through structured execution governance

  • Ensure trade promotion and in-market execution excellence
