• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• At least 5 years in a senior managerial role in the Door, materials, or related industry.

• Strong knowledge of dealer networks and market operations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Strong business development and market expansion capability.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.Smart, proactive, and result-driven personality.

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business targets.

• Manage nationwide dealer, distributor, and corporate sales operations.

• Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, architects, contractors, and corporate clients.

• Monitor market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

• Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.

• Coordinate with production and supply chain departments for smooth operations.

• Ensure proper collection management and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
