Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business targets.
Manage nationwide dealer, distributor, and corporate sales networks.
Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team for better performance.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, engineers, and corporate clients.
Ensure proper collection management and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with production and supply chain teams for smooth product delivery.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management review.
