• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Graduate, B.Sc., MBA /Agriculture

• 5 to 10 years

• Age 25 to 40 years

• 5-10 years’ experience in handling B2B business (prefer Crop Protection Sector), Deal with Partner & Channel Management
• Ability to work as a team.
• Excellent communication skills (Bangla and English)
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of agrochemical products and agricultural practices
• Sales and relationship management ability
• Market analysis and reporting skills
• Leadership and team coordination
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP/SAP software

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with key dealers, distributors, and corporate clients.
• Achieve sales targets and business growth in assigned territory.
• Promote agrochemical products to customers and farmers.
• Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and market strategies.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and technical teams.
• Ensure timely product delivery and customer support.
• Conduct field visits, farmer meetings, demonstrations, and training programs.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and business terms with clients.
• Collect payment and monitor outstanding dues from customers.
• Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and management presentations.
• Build long-term business partnerships with key accounts.
• Support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
