Responsibilities & Context:
Vacancy: (Market Development Supervisor-2, Market Development Officer -8 & Trial Officer 2)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with key lead farmers, dealers, distributors
- Promote agrochemical products to customers and farmers.
- Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and market strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and technical teams.
- Conduct field visits, farmer meetings, demonstrations, and training programs.
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and management presentations.
