• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline from a reputed university.

• MBA will be considered an added advantage.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Strong negotiation and business development capability.

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets.

• Lead nationwide sales operations and dealer/distributor management.

• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

• Monitor sales team performance and provide proper guidance and motivation.

• Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and market analysis for management.

• Coordinate with production, supply chain, and accounts departments to ensure smooth business operations.

• Plan and execute branding, promotional, and market expansion activities.

• Ensure effective collection management and customer satisfaction.
