We Need a Marketing Maniac for our Retail Ventures.

Looking for a highly focused Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in Meta, Tiktok and Google Ads, who is passionate about performance marketing, campaign optimization, data analysis, and developing scalable advertising strategies.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):

1. Multi-Category Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across Meta, Tiktok and Google Ads platforms for multiple product categories.

  • Develop strategic campaign structures to ensure balanced growth across categories while aligning with overall revenue and sales targets.

2. Performance Optimization

  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.

3. Data Analysis & Performance Reporting

  • Analyze campaign data using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and analytics tools.

  • Prepare regular performance reports highlighting category-level performance, insights, trends, and optimization opportunities.

4. Budget Allocation & Management

  • Strategically allocate and manage advertising budgets across multiple campaigns and product categories.

  • Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining profitability and controlled acquisition costs.

5. Audience Research & Targeting

  • Identify and test new audiences, lookalike segments, and retargeting strategies to expand reach and acquire new customers.

  • Continuously refine audience targeting using campaign data and customer behavior insights.

6. Creative Strategy & Testing

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives for different product categories.

  • Provide data-driven insights on creatives, messaging, and formats that drive the highest engagement and conversions.

7. Product Catalog & Dynamic Ads Management

  • Manage and optimize product catalogs and product sets for Meta Dynamic Ads and Google Shopping campaigns.

  • Ensure proper segmentation of products based on category, performance, and promotional priorities.

8. Funnel & Conversion Optimization

  • Analyze and improve the customer journey from ad click to purchase.

  • Work with the e-commerce and website team to improve landing page performance, product page engagement, and checkout conversion rates.

9. Tracking, Attribution & Technical Setup

  • Ensure proper setup and monitoring of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.

  • Maintain accurate event tracking and attribution to measure campaign performance effectively.

10. Competitor & Market Analysis

  • Monitor competitor advertising strategies, market trends, and platform updates.

  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and stay competitive in the e-commerce market.

11. Scaling Winning Campaigns

  • Identify profitable campaigns, products, and categories.

  • Implement structured scaling strategies to drive consistent revenue growth and maximize advertising returns.
