  • Proven experience of managing $10K–$20K monthly ad spend while maintaining up to 6.0 ROAS.

  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, buying patterns & purchase journey.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different product categories.

  • Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max).

  • Solid understanding of performance marketing and e-commerce advertising strategies.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.



Responsibilities & Context:

Are You That Maniac?

We Need a Marketing Maniac for our Retail Ventures (Trekmad & Accessories Park).

Key Responsibilities

▪️ Plan, launch, and manage ads across Meta, TikTok, and Google.

▪️ Handle campaigns for multiple product categories.

▪️ Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.

▪️ Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.

▪️ Manage advertising budgets and profitably scale winning campaigns.

▪️ Research and test audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting strategies.

▪️ Work with the creative team to test ad creatives, copy, and formats.

▪️ Manage product catalogs, product sets, dynamic ads, and Google Shopping campaigns.

▪️ Improve the customer journey from ad click to purchase.

▪️ Monitor Meta Pixel, CAPI, GTM, and Google Analytics tracking.

▪️ Study competitors, market trends, and platform updates.

▪️ Identify profitable products, categories, and campaigns for scaling.
