Teamwork and coordination skills.
Experience in e-commerce or Retail fulfillment is an additional advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Junior Executive (Distribution & Fulfilment) is responsible for managing order fulfilment operations, including inventory control, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch coordination. The position plays a key role in ensuring smooth workflow, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and process product accurately and efficiently.
Organize warehouse layout for efficient storage.
Ensure proper SKU labeling and product stock placement.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse & Fulfilment Center.
Ensure proper packaging to avoid damages during dispatch.
Coordinate with Courier partners for timely dispatch.
Handle returned products and inspect.
