Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Sales & Marketing) who has strong commercial acumen and proven experience in real estate sales, property marketing, and client relationship management.
The candidate should have practical experience in promoting and selling residential and commercial real estate projects including:
Residential Plots
Ongoing and Ready Project Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong corporate client relationships.
Conduct professional client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and follow-up reports.
Generate new leads and business opportunities for plot and flat sales projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
Conduct regular client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets through proper planning and execution.
Handle negotiation, booking confirmation, deal closing, and payment collection.
Monitor real-estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, client databases, and business development plans.
Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Accounts, and Project teams for smooth operations.
Provide professional consultancy support and ensure high-level customer service.
