Responsibilities & Context:

Business Development Engineer – Technical Sales

Locations: Dhaka & Chattogram

S.A. International has been supplying world-class industrial maintenance solutions in Bangladesh as the authorized distributor of BELZONA (UK), RYDLYME (USA), and CONDAT (France).

We're seeking a motivated Business Development Engineer

who enjoys solving industrial problems, meeting customers, and building long-term relationships, and growing the existing business. This field-based sales role is ideal for someone who is disciplined, self-driven, and comfortable spending most of the working day visiting customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily field visits to factories and industrial plants within your assigned territory. 

- Identify maintenance and reliability challenges and recommend appropriate technical solutions.

- Generate new business while

maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.   

 - Prepare quotations, negotiate, follow up, and close sales opportunities.      

 - Maintain accurate CRM records, submit daily visit reports, and update sales activities in the company's mobile application. 

 - Achieve monthly sales and customer visit targets and other KPIs.     

Requirements    

 - Minimum 2 years of industrial/technical B2B field sales

experience.    

 - Experience selling industrial lubricants, chemicals, MRO products, pumps, bearings, welding products, or Industrial equipment.    

 - Diploma or B.Sc. in Engineering preferred.    

 - Comfortable with regular Travel, daily customer visits, and disciplined reporting.    

 - Strong communication skills and a Willingness to learn.

   

Please note: This role is not suitable for Candidates with only FMCG or retail sales experience.
