Experience Requirements

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in garments accessories sales and marketing.

Strong network with garments factories, buying houses, and export-oriented customers.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management capability

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Sound knowledge of export marketing and apparel supply chain

• Target-oriented and business growth mindset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, and reporting systems

• Fluent in English and Bengali

Asia Linkage a fast-growing and 21 year export-oriented garments accessories manufacturing company is looking for a dynamic, result-driven, and commercially focused professional for the position of Sales & Marketing Team Manager to strengthen global market expansion and customer relationship management operations.

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans for local and international buyers.

• Build strong business relationships with garments factories, buying houses, sourcing offices, and global apparel brands.

• Lead the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer portfolio.

• Conduct market intelligence analysis, competitor benchmarking, and pricing strategy development.

• Coordinate with production, merchandising, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order execution.

• Attend international trade fairs, buyer meetings, and business development events.

• Prepare sales forecasts, KPI reports, and management presentations.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with buyers.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: BDT 30,000 - 35,000 (Negotiable based on experience and performance)

Attractive commission/bonus structure (if applicable)
