Sound knowledge of export marketing and apparel supply chain

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, and reporting systems

Asia Linkage a fast-growing and 21 year export-oriented garments accessories manufacturing company is looking for a dynamic, result-driven, and commercially focused professional for the position of Sales & Marketing Team Manager to strengthen global market expansion and customer relationship management operations.
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans for local and international buyers.
Build strong business relationships with garments factories, buying houses, sourcing offices, and global apparel brands.
Lead the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer portfolio.
Conduct market intelligence analysis, competitor benchmarking, and pricing strategy development.
Coordinate with production, merchandising, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Attend international trade fairs, buyer meetings, and business development events.
Prepare sales forecasts, KPI reports, and management presentations.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with buyers.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: BDT 30,000 - 35,000 (Negotiable based on experience and performance)
