Responsibilities & Context:
Assist students with Japanese language course admission and counseling
Handle student visa processing and documentation support
Provide guidance about studying and working opportunities in Japan
Maintain communication with students and guardians regarding application updates
Support JLPT preparation program coordination and student management
Manage social media inquiries and provide customer support
Coordinate hostel facilities and student accommodation services
Ensure accurate file processing and maintain official records
Promote educational services through online and offline marketing
Work collaboratively with the consultancy team to achieve admission targets..
