We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and result-oriented professional to join our team as an Accounts Manager / Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate should have practical experience working with Bangladesh Government organizations, particularly within the ICT, defense, security, and public-sector ecosystem.
Educational qualifications are considered secondary to demonstrated capability, professional attitude, integrity, communication skills, and a strong “Yes-to-Work” mindset. We seek an individual who takes ownership, maintains excellent professional etiquette, and can independently coordinate complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
Manage and maintain relationships with government agencies, defense organizations, public-sector entities, and corporate clients.
Coordinate project documentation, correspondence, approvals, and contract-related activities.
Follow up on project milestones, deliverables, payments, and stakeholder communications.
Prepare business reports, proposals, quotations, and project updates.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within government, defense, and enterprise sectors.
Monitor public procurement opportunities, tenders, EOIs, and project announcements.
Develop strategic partnerships and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Support bid preparation, tender submissions, and proposal development activities.
Assist management in achieving sales and business growth objectives.
Coordinate with technical teams, implementation teams, and external stakeholders during project execution.
Understand technical project requirements and facilitate communication between clients and technical teams.
Track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Support project planning, resource coordination, and client reporting.
Maintain regular communication with international OEMs and technology partners.
Coordinate pricing, technical specifications, product documentation, certifications, and support requirements.
Facilitate meetings, presentations, and business discussions with foreign partners.
Manage partner relationships to support ongoing and future business opportunities.
Experience working with Bangladesh Government organizations, ministries, departments, defense agencies, or public-sector projects.
Good understanding of ICT, technology, infrastructure, surveillance, security, networking, or defense-related projects.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in both Bangla and English.
Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Professional business etiquette and stakeholder management capability.
Experience coordinating with international OEMs, vendors, and technology partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to prepare professional reports, proposals, and business correspondence.
Self-driven, accountable, and capable of working under pressure.
Previous experience in ICT, defense, security, surveillance, system integration, telecom, infrastructure, or technology solution companies.
Familiarity with public procurement procedures and government project execution.
Experience handling technical proposals, project coordination, or tender management.
