  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and build strong relationships.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to manage sales data, analyze trends, and prepare reports.

  • Proven 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, services, or startup environments.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven “Manager, Marketing & Sales Operations” to join our team. The role involves a multifaceted approach to client relationship management and business development within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships while also identifying and pursuing opportunities for new client acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives and customer care executives.

  • Identify new business opportunities and build partnerships with clinics, hospitals, and other referral sources.

  • Track sales metrics daily (leads, conversions, visits, service stops, collections) and ensure targets are met.

  • Oversee lead management system and ensure accurate data entry, follow-ups, and updates.

  • Conduct field visits with the team to monitor client interactions and maintain service quality.

  • Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Lead major negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.

  • Lead, motivate, and evaluate sales & marketing team performance and provide coaching and training to improve capability.

  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments.

  • Prepare and present weekly performance reports to senior leadership.

  • Any other task assigned by Management.
