Currently, we are seeking a dynamic “Training Specialist / Assistant Training Manager” to join our team. The role involves train up Service Providers (caregivers, nurses, babysitters, and physiotherapists) to ensure the client services & satisfaction effectively and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct effective training sessions for Service Providers (caregivers, nurses, babysitters, and physiotherapists)

• Develop and implement training materials and manuals

• Monitor training effectiveness and ensure Service Providers meet company standards

• Coordinate with operations to ensure proper onboarding and ongoing skill development

• Identify performance gaps and provide follow-up training as needed.

• Any other tasks assigned by the management as and when required.
