Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

We are seeking a high-potential Marketing professional to join as Senior Executive/ Executive, Marketing working closely with senior leadership to enhance organizational capability and strengthen the leadership pipeline.
Core Responsibilities:
Brand Management
Assist in developing and executing annual brand plans aligned with business objectives.
Monitor brand performance, market share, sales trends, and consumer insights.
Support new product development (NPD), product renovation, and packaging development initiatives.
Ensure consistent brand positioning and communication across all consumer touchpoints.
Marketing & Communication
Plan, coordinate, and execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.
Liaise with creative, media, digital, and activation agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and prepare post-campaign evaluation reports.
Manage social media and digital brand activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Market Research & Consumer Insights
Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and consumer research.
Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and category performance to identify growth opportunities.
Generate actionable insights and recommendations for brand development.
Trade & Sales Support
Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to develop promotional activities.
Support execution of trade programs, consumer promotions, and merchandising initiatives.
Ensure effective communication of brand strategies to the sales team.
Budget & Reporting
Assist in preparing and monitoring brand budgets.
Track marketing expenditures and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Prepare regular reports, presentations, and business reviews for management.
