Responsibilities & Context:
Communicate professionally with clients regarding overseas employment opportunities, visa processing, and travel services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local agents.
Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about overseas travel and work opportunities.
Coordinate with agents and collect passports and other required documents for processing.
Follow up with clients and agents to ensure smooth and timely completion of procedures.
Maintain proper records of client documents and application status.
Represent the company in a professional, confident, and customer-friendly manner.
Achieve marketing and client service goals set by the company.
