Certifications in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Analytics (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus

• Age 25 to 50 years

· 5–10 + years’ experience in B2B / Digital / Growth Marketing

· Proven experience in team leadership and client acquisition

· Hands-on with cold outreach, paid ads, SEO & content strategy

· Strong English communication (written & spoken)

· Data-driven, strategic and execution-focused mindset

We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive consistent B2B client acquisition from US & EU markets. This is a leadership role with both strategy and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute B2B marketing and lead generation strategy

· Build, manage, and mentor the marketing team

· Own and optimize international lead generation (US & EU)

· Manage outbound systems

· Oversee content, case studies, and brand positioning

Set KPIs, track performance, and optimize funnels
