Experience:

Hands-on experience in ERP systems and sales reporting tools is mandatory.
Job Summary
The Assistant Manager – Sales Administration will be responsible for managing sales operations, order processing, ERP data management, sales reporting, stock coordination, and sales performance analysis. The role requires close coordination with the sales team, logistics, warehouse, accounts, and distributors to ensure smooth business operations and timely delivery execution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Order & ERP Management
Accurately encode and process Primary and Secondary Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO) into the ERP system.
Verify work orders including:
Product price
Product size/specification
Payment documents
Enter verified order information into the ERP system.
Process post-sales approvals within the ERP system.
Check, generate, and print Delivery Order (DO) copies.
Sales Coordination & Distribution Support
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods to distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
Ensure SKU-wise and depot-wise stock allocation in coordination with warehouse and distribution teams.
Monitor order status and resolve operational issues related to sales and delivery.
Sales Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and update daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports.
Prepare division-wise, district-wise, territory-wise, and route-wise sales analysis reports.
Compile sales forecasts, productivity reports, dashboards, and market performance analysis.
Analyze customer-wise credit versus sales data.
Prepare cash customer sales analysis reports.
Analyze sales data and prepare management reports using relevant analytical tools.
Sales Team Monitoring & Assessment
Collect daily tour plans from the field sales team to monitor market coverage and movement.
Track weekly and monthly sales target achievements by area, territory, and route.
Conduct field force promotional assessments and performance evaluations.
Prepare sales officer performance and assessment reports.
Provide and maintain updated sales officer-wise new customer information.
Trade Program & Financial Coordination
Monitor and verify different trade programs for adjustment and effectiveness.
Post payment-related documents including:
Bank statements
Deposit slips
Coordinate with the Accounts Department for payment posting and reconciliation.
Additional Responsibilities
Maintain proper documentation and filing of all sales-related records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Perform any other task assigned by management as required.
