Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
Build and manage distributor, dealer and retail networks.
Lead, train and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer demands.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports and performance analyses.
Ensure product availability and visibility across all sales channels.
Develop relationships with key clients and business partners.
Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
