- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing (experience in Land Development or Interior will be preferred).

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet browsing.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Drive new business development for Land Development and Interior projects by proactively identifying potential clients and building long-term, high-value client relationships. Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements in depth, present tailored company solutions, and prepare compelling proposals and quotations. Actively follow up to convert opportunities into secured projects. Coordinate closely with design and project execution teams to ensure seamless communication and successful project delivery. Conduct continuous market research to identify growth opportunities, consistently achieve assigned business development targets, and maintain accurate, timely activity and performance reports.
