Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales (Real Estate / Interior)

Job Context

Apenzell Holdings Ltd., a reputed and fast-growing company in the Real Estate & Interior sector, is looking for smart, energetic, and result-oriented individuals to join its Sales Department. Early joining is preferred.


Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales targets for real estate and interior projects.

  • Generate new leads and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Conduct client meetings, property visits, and close deals effectively.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with clients to ensure conversions.

  • Maintain regular communication and reporting with the sales team and management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


Experience Requirements
