Job Context
Apenzell Holdings Ltd., a reputed and fast-growing company in the Real Estate & Interior sector, is looking for a talented and creative 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate should have strong visualization skills and experience in producing high-quality 3D renderings for interior and architectural projects.
Job Responsibilities
Create realistic 3D visualizations, renders, walkthroughs, and animations for real estate and interior design projects.
Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life.
Prepare mood boards, layout presentations, and design mockups.
Translate 2D drawings and concepts into detailed, photorealistic 3D visuals.
Work with lighting, textures, and materials to achieve high-quality outputs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a reputed public or private university.
Experience Requirements
