Responsibilities & Context:
Electro World BD is seeking a dynamic and result driven Area Sales Manager to overseas and manage multiple retail outlet within and assigned District. The ideal Candidates will be responsible for driving sales performance ensuring operation excellent maintaining customer satisfaction and leading a store team to achieve Business Goals.
Key Responsibility
Supervise and manage Daily operation outlet showroom within the assigned district/Area
Achieve District/Divisional Sales Target and Profitability Goal's
Monitor store performance inventory management and visual merchandising standard.
Recruiting Training Mentor and Evaluate showroom Manager and sales staff.
Ensuring Excellences Customer Service & Resolved Escalated Customer Issue Effectively.
Analyzing Sales Report Market Trends & Competitors Activity to Improve Business Performance.
Develop & Implement Strategic to increase Market Share and Customer Engagement.
