Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Experience: 2–6 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.

Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Tech: Proficient in MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.

Mobility: Must possess a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.

• Conduct property viewings and site visits for prospective buyers.

• Negotiate pricing and closing deals to meet monthly sales targets.

• Develop marketing materials and manage social media campaigns.

• Maintain a database of active clients and property listings.

• Prepare weekly sales reports and market analysis updates.

• Attend real estate exhibitions and corporate networking events.
