Responsibilities & Context:
Preliminary Accounts maintain by ledger, cashbook & Tall software.
Day to Day Journal, Ledger Book Maintain, Tax & VAT work, Banking & other cash related work.
Prepare examine and analyze accounting records, financial statement and other financial reports.
Ensure Petty cash fund management & preparation of vendors payment advice & Cheque.
Preparation & monitoring of monthly sales report and analysis.
Maintain of payroll, including payroll tax returns.
Handling external audits.
Maintaining of document & record keeping in accounting systems.
Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met following the IFRS.
Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities, performed in a timely & accurate manner.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Able to ride motorcycle will be given preference.
