Responsibilities & Context
Market Development
Identify new wholesale clients and untapped markets to expand Ornate Luggage brand presence.
Sales Target Achievement
Achieve assigned sales targets through online sales and customer relationship development.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with retailers & wholesalers.
Understand customer demand and provide suitable product solutions.
Competitor Analysis
Monitor competitor activities, pricing & market trends.
Share regular market feedback with management.
Payment & Collection Management
Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection from customers.
Online Coordination (Basic)
Coordinate with office/online team regarding orders and customer queries.
Commission: Per product sales basis (Different product has different attractive sales commission)
TA: At actual
DA: Tk. 150/day (during field visit)
Mobile Bill: At actual
Lunch Facility: Partially subsidized
Festival Bonus: 2 (Based on Basic Salary)
