Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end marketing communication, planning, and execution across brands, SKUs, and regions. This role requires strong coordination with sales, distributors, agencies, and field force to ensure impactful activations, data-driven decisions, and strategic alignment with business goals. The position reports directly to senior management and works closely with the C-suite.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Planning
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and sales targets
Work closely with the C-suite to formulate brand, product, and go-to-market strategies
Ensure strategic alignment between marketing, sales, and distribution teams
Marketing Communication & Execution
Lead all ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing communications
Liaise and manage relationships with advertising, media, and creative agencies
Plan and execute SKU-wise and area-wise promotional activities
Trade Marketing & Distributor Management
Design and implement effective trade marketing programs
Coordinate with distributors to drive in-market execution and visibility
Identify and execute appropriate trade and consumer activations with field force
Market Intelligence & Performance Measurement
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and promotional intensity
Measure effectiveness and ROI of campaigns and promotional activities
Develop actionable insights from market and customer feedback
Digital & social media
Lead social media planning and digital marketing initiatives
Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital platforms
Customer & Consumer Insights
Analyze customer and consumer feedback to improve products and communication
Translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives
