Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end marketing communication, planning, and execution across brands, SKUs, and regions. This role requires strong coordination with sales, distributors, agencies, and field force to ensure impactful activations, data-driven decisions, and strategic alignment with business goals. The position reports directly to senior management and works closely with the C-suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing & Planning

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and sales targets

  • Work closely with the C-suite to formulate brand, product, and go-to-market strategies

  • Ensure strategic alignment between marketing, sales, and distribution teams

  • Marketing Communication & Execution

  • Lead all ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing communications

  • Liaise and manage relationships with advertising, media, and creative agencies

  • Plan and execute SKU-wise and area-wise promotional activities

  • Trade Marketing & Distributor Management

  • Design and implement effective trade marketing programs

  • Coordinate with distributors to drive in-market execution and visibility

  • Identify and execute appropriate trade and consumer activations with field force

  • Market Intelligence & Performance Measurement

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and promotional intensity

  • Measure effectiveness and ROI of campaigns and promotional activities

  • Develop actionable insights from market and customer feedback

  • Digital & social media

  • Lead social media planning and digital marketing initiatives

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital platforms

  • Customer & Consumer Insights

  • Analyze customer and consumer feedback to improve products and communication

  • Translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives
