Responsibilities & Context:
Regularly visit assigned outlets/markets to ensure proper execution of all company activities.
Ensure product display on shelves as per the approved planogram.
Maintain adequate stock levels and avoid any stock-out situation.
Increase shelf share and product visibility across all outlets.
Monitor expiry dates and damaged products and take necessary action.
Ensure accurate price tags and MRP display at all times.
Implement ongoing promotions/offers properly and verify execution.
Track competitor activity including pricing, promotions, and display initiatives; report promptly.
Maintain strong relationships with outlet in‑charge/store managers for smooth operations.
Submit daily reports including work summary and market feedback to the supervisor.
Ensure proper visibility, display, and communication during new product launches.
Follow all company policies and guidelines during market operations.
