Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned Modern Trade accounts.
Manage and develop relationships with key retail chains, store managers, and category buyers.
Negotiate product listings, shelf space, display agreements, and promotional plans.
Ensure product availability, stock replenishment, and expiry control in outlets.
Drive in-store visibility, planogram compliance, and merchandising excellence.
Execute trade promotions, campaigns, and activation programs effectively.
Monitor competitor activities and identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Distribution for smooth product flow.
Supervise and guide merchandisers/promoters (if applicable).
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights.
