  • Multitasking: Can create social media content while tracking customer orders and stock updates at the same time.

  • Computer Skills: Good at using Google Sheets or Excel to keep track of orders and sales data.

  • Attention to Detail: Very careful with customer info and stock numbers to avoid making mistakes with orders.

  • Time Management: Highly organized and able to post content on time while answering customer questions quickly.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing & Online Sales Executive who can bridge the gap between brand building and business operations. The ideal candidate will not only create compelling content but also drive sales, manage orders, and ensure seamless coordination between the showroom and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Content Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to build brand authority.

  • Design and manage a monthly content calendar for Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and TikTok.

  • Write SEO-friendly website content, blogs, articles, and engaging video scripts/captions.

2. Sales & Order Management

  • Sales Targets: Actively work towards achieving monthly sales goals through digital leads.

  • Lead Conversion: Respond to inquiries professionally and convert potential leads into confirmed orders.

  • Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring all customer details are accurately recorded.

3. Operations & Inventory Coordination

  • Showroom Coordination: Maintain constant communication with showroom staff to stay updated on product displays and availability.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and align marketing campaigns with available inventory.

  • Delivery Follow-up: Coordinate with the delivery and logistics team to ensure timely product shipment and resolve any transit issues.

4. Reporting & Analytics

  • Track KPIs and submit detailed weekly/monthly reports on marketing performance and sales conversions.

  • Collaborate with the Sales & Consultancy teams to align promotional offers with market demand.
