Responsibilities & Context:

•   Visit potential and existing customers at construction sites, project offices and business locations to promote SS Steel products and services. Maintain strong, positive, and professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

• Establish and maintain effective long-term relationships with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and help resolve any product- or service-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

• Prepare and implement sales plans in line with company objectives. Actively work toward achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets through consistent field activities and follow-ups.

• Collect market intelligence, including competitors’ activities, pricing trends, customer feedback and report findings to management to support strategic decision-making

• Maintain accurate records of site visits, customer interactions, sales activities and follow-up actions. Report on field performance, Sales target and market conditions

• Represent and establish the brand image of the company professionally and uphold the brand image of SS Steel during site visits and customer meetings.
