Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative who is comfortable talking to new people and wants to learn outbound sales. You must speak clear, confident English and be able to communicate well on calls and in writing.

You should be open to cold calling and comfortable reaching out to people through email and LinkedIn. No deep sales experience is required, but you must be willing to learn, ask questions, and follow a process.

This role is best for someone with strong English skills, a calm attitude, and confidence when speaking to strangers.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new leads from online sources and social platforms

  • Call and message prospects to build interest and qualify them

  • Explain the company’s product in simple English during calls and chats

  • Schedule sales calls and demos for senior sales staff

  • Update CRM with accurate notes and follow-up tasks

  • Meet daily outreach numbers and monthly qualified lead goals

  • Work with sales and marketing to improve script quality and targeting

  • Follow up consistently until the conversation closes or converts
