Job Title: Marketing & Research Assistant

Employment Type: Full-Time (Remote)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary during first 2 months probation: BDT 7,000 per month
• After successful completion of probation, salary may increase up to BDT 10,000 per month based on performance

Job Responsibilities

• Research trending topics across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, X, and other platforms
• Identify viral content opportunities and competitor strategies
• Generate content ideas for short-form and long-form videos
• Write video scripts and content outlines
• Prepare detailed production briefs for the video editor
• Create titles, captions, descriptions, hashtags, and content notes
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and ElevenLabs to support research and content creation
• Track content performance and suggest improvements

Requirements

• Strong research and writing skills
• Good understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts
• Familiarity with AI tools and content creation workflows
• Good English reading and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
