About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong practical experience in Meta/Facebook advertising.

The ideal candidate should understand how to manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns from planning to optimization, with a strong focus on lead generation, conversions, and business growth. The role requires someone who can work with campaign data, audience targeting, ad creatives, and performance analysis to improve campaign results consistently.

Applicants with real hands-on campaign experience and measurable results will be given priority.


Responsibilities & Context

Meta / Facebook Ads Marketing

• Manage Meta Business Manager accounts, campaign setup, billing, audience structure, and ad performance

• Create, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for:
• Lead Generation
• Conversion Campaigns
• Traffic Campaigns
• Retargeting

• Build and optimize audience targeting using:
• Custom Audiences
• Lookalike Audiences
• Interest-Based Targeting
• Retargeting Audiences

• Monitor campaign performance and improve:
• ROAS
• CPC
• CTR
• Cost Per Lead
• Conversion Results

• Set up and manage:
• Meta Pixel
• Conversion Tracking
• Custom Events
• Meta Business Tools

• Conduct A/B testing on:
• Ad Creatives
• Ad Copy
• Audiences
• Campaign Structure

• Create basic ad copy, captions, and creative directions for campaigns

• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations

• Identify weak-performing campaigns and take corrective action independently

• Track competitor advertising strategies and current digital marketing trends


Requirements

Education

• HSC / Diploma / Bachelor in any discipline


Experience

• 1 – 3 years of practical experience in Meta/Facebook Ads Marketing preferred

• Freshers may also apply only if they have completed real freelance projects, internships, agency work, or self-run campaigns with measurable results

• Applicants should have experience in:
• Facebook Ads Manager
• Audience Targeting
• Campaign Optimization
• Conversion Tracking
• Lead Generation Campaigns

• Good understanding of:
• Meta Pixel
• Campaign Reporting
• Ad Performance Analysis
• Meta Business Suite

• Familiarity with Canva or basic creative tools will be considered a plus
