APX Group is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sr. Manager / Manager – Marketing & Communications to lead marketing, branding, and communication initiatives across its SBUs—Apex Property, Apex DMIT, and Kazi Resort—in the Bangladesh market.
This role will be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing strategies, strengthening brand presence, driving digital performance, and ensuring consistent communication across all platforms. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with close collaboration with business and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Brand Communication
Plan and execute integrated marketing and brand communication strategies for all APX Group SBUs in line with business objectives.
Strengthen brand visibility and consistency across digital, print, and offline channels.
Support the development and execution of brand campaigns, launches, and promotional initiatives.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
Plan, manage, and execute digital campaigns including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
Introduce creative and engaging content formats (videos, campaigns, interactive tools) to enhance audience engagement.
Market Research & Stakeholder Coordination
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
Work closely with Sales, Business Heads, Operations, and external partners to ensure aligned messaging and campaign execution.
Support business teams with marketing materials, proposals, and communication assets as required.
Performance Tracking & Budget Management
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Define and track KPIs and performance metrics for campaigns and initiatives.
Analyze performance data and recommend improvements to optimize results.
Team & Vendor Management
Guide, supervise, and develop internal marketing resources and external agencies/vendors.
Ensure quality, timelines, and brand compliance across all deliverables.
